Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 Refundable Security Deposit, $95 Cleaning Fee and 10% Lodging Tax are required.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Additional charge for more than 6 people, 12 people max.
Holidays 3 night minimum.
