Pets considered for an additional cleaning fee of $50.00. 50% deposit required to hold the reservation and the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. At the 6 week mark, no refunds will be given for a cancellation unless I can re-rent the property. Payment by personal check, cashier's check or money order. There is a $25 charge for a lost house key and $100 charge for a lost garage door opener remote.
- Cancellation policy. With a 60 day notice, refund of deposit minus $100.00 fee. No refund for late check in or early departure.
