Marsaskala Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 20% deposit is required upon booking, balance to be paid in cash upon arrival.
An email confirming your booking will be sent shortly after receiving deposit.
Check-in/check-out is at 1300 hours. Rental fee is for up to 4 persons. Price is inclusive of water and electricity up to 4 persons. Air conditioning is metered and charged at Eur0.25 per unit consumed (1kwh). An additional fee of Eur10 per day applies for each additional person .
Private parties and loud music is not allowed.
Property is to be left clean and in good condition prior to departure.
A security fee of Eur200 will be required to cover any losses, damages or shortages. A Eur50 fee will be charged for cleaning should the apartment be left dirty.
Full deposit amount will however be refunded upon leaving once the property and its contents are found to be clean and in order.
If internet is required then this should be requested upon booking. Use of internet is charged at Eur2.50 daily.
