MONTHLY RATE: During Summer, a 'Month' is defined as 4 weeks.
INCLUDED: Large 30' Boat Slip! Access to laptop computer, printer, internet included!
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $400/week, $300/weekend. Refunded 2 weeks after departure (assuming no damage).
PAYMENT: Personal checks OK if received 2 weeks prior to rental. Credit cards / PayPal accepted at 3 percent add'l fee.
50 percent of total is due immediately upon signing contract, with remaining 50 percent due 45 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require full 100 percent payment immediately upon signing contract.
Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full 100 percent payment via Credit Card / PayPal (3 percent fee) or Express Mail.
CANCELLATION: No refunds can be issued unless the owner is able to re-lease the unit for the same time period.
WINTER RENTAL: Available mid-Oct. to mid-Apr. Rate includes all utilities (gas, electric, cable, phone, internet) - ------------------------
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Arrive after 2 PM - Depart before 10 AM.
NO SMOKING! This is a non-smoking residence.
PET FEE: $150/week, $75/weekend, non-refundable.
STUDENTS/SINGLES: We do not rent to students/singles under 24 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
UTILITIES INCLUDED: Gas, electricity, cable - All utilities are included! - High-speed cable wireless Internet is included!
CLEANING INCLUDED: Cleaning is included in all rates! Entire house is thoroughly cleaned/scrubbed/dusted prior to your arrival. Please leave the house 'broom-clean' when you depart.
LINENS: Unfortunately, we cannot provide sheets or towels at this time. (See bedroom layout below for bed sizes.)
NOTE: Weekend Rates are for 3 nights (minimum stay) - including Saturday night. (Holiday rates may be higher). All rates shown are subject to change, until confirmed via contract.
