Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

High Season:

Electricity is extra and based on consumption. One time cleaning fee of $75.
When you book the unit please indicate your option: The Security Deposit OR The Insurance:
$500 security deposit per week refundable at check out with no damages or $59 Property Damage Protection Insurance for up to $5,000 worth of damages. If you select the $59 insurance you will only be required a $150 electricity deposit per week.
