- There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One is very large with a king size bed plus floor space for 'blow up' mattress. There is also a drop leaf table and chairs that make for a great place to play board games. The restful second bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the lake. The third bedroom is on the first floor (we have it currently configured as a den / ladies dressing room). This is a privately owned year around lake home for our family and is very clean and neat. The mattresses and box springs are new.
