Park City House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please contact owner for rates.
- Base Rental for the ski season is $1,000/night or $7,000 for the week.
Ski Holidays including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Sundance, Spring Break and Presidents week are at $1,500 for the night or $10,000 for the week. Cleaning an tax is included within the price.
Summer rates are at $3,500 for the week plus cleaning.
One month for the Winter is at $20,000/month and for a mmin of 6 months or more rental at $7,000/month.
