Reservations require a one-half deposit to reserve the property, which includes the security deposit, applicable taxes. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to reservation date. A rental agreement and contract must accompany deposit. If booking is less than 30 days prior to arrival payment is due in full. If more than 7 months before the reservation date $300 deposit is all that is required.

Electronic codes for the building and the condo will be provided the day before your reservation date. No check in at a rental office is required, no keys need to be returned. Just arrive punch in the code and your vacation begins!
