The balance will need to be paid 30 days before check in and you will need to fax a copy of your government ID or Passport and a signed rental agreement. Then you will receive the address and your personal code to enter the property two weeks before you arrive.
We do not allow potential guest to preview the property or to have the property address prior to full payment being done. Our calendar is up to Date Daily.

- Each bedroom can sleep 2-5 adults comfortably, unless they have the bunk beds and the living room has room for two Inflatable Queen beds, which is provided along with the home. All linen is freshly laundered by maid and all mattress have vinyl protectors on to protect our guest. Plenty of fluffy pillows for each room, along with throws for relaxing around the home.
