- Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the money paid for the first night will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the agreed upon check-in date the remainder of the money paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 60 but more than 30 days prior to check-in date the money paid for the first night, and 10% the remainder of rates and fees will not be refunded, the remaining 90% will be returned. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the check-in date the money paid for the first night, and 30% the remainder of rates and fees will not be refunded, the remaining 70% will be returned.
