- High Season (Dec 16-April 30): 1,800/wk or 275/nt (3 night minimum).
Green Season (May 1-August 30): 1,500/wk or 225/nt (3 night minimum).
Green Season II (Sep 1- Dec 15): 1,200/wk or 200/nt (3 night minimum).
Holiday (Dec 17-Jan 2, Apr 1-8): 3,500/wk (1 week minimum).
