- All the bathrooms are beautiful and luxurious, with marble tiles and elegant fixtures. There is an additional outdoor shower - a real treat on a hot afternoon.

- The soothing sounds of the Kapehu Stream and its waterfalls can be heard from every bedroom window in the large house - the 'Wailele' bedroom is closest. There is a beautiful marble bathroom between the Wailele bedroom and the Pua bedroom. The Master bedroom has an adjoining marble bathroom with marble sunken shower, sunken tub and 2 sinks. Just outside the sliding glass door of the master bedroom is the hot tub. The 'studio' bedroom is separated from the rest of the house by the carport and has its own separate entrance, though it's under the same roof as the rest of the house. It is a large room with a full-size futon bed and two twin beds, and a full bathroom. The cottage is located about 350 feet away from the large house, just above a spring-fed creek, which you can hear from the upstairs bedroom. The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests.
