The bedrooms, all ensuite, are extremely spacious, as are the sitting room and dining areas. A large TV room is equipped with satellite, DVD and bar football table. Outside, a large, shaded patio leads down to the infinity pool/waterfall spa and terraced garden with lawn areas. The resort also offers a superb 18 hole golf course (40% discount for rental guests), floodlit tennis, bowling greens, archery, horse riding, health and beauty spa, gym, exercise studio, sauna, swimming pools and children's clubs in school holidays. The surrounding unspoilt countryside is in stark contrast to the overcrowded Eastern Algarve. A 5-minutes drive from beautiful Salema beach, and only 25 minutes from the imposing western beaches (with good surfing). Lagos, a charming and lively local centre, is only 15 minutes away. Superb local restaurants abound, excellent local produce.

The villa is set in the prestigious Parque da Floresta Golf & Country Club, in the unspoilt Western Algarve. The beautifully manicured golf course presents quite a challenge, and, being Portugal, there are numerous golf courses within a short car ride. The resort also has a tennis complex with 4 floodlit courts, together with coaching. Other sporting facilities include an archery centre, 2 bowling greens, horse riding, a large Treatment Spa/Gymnasium, including small indoor pool. In addition to the private pool at the Villa, there is also a very large communal pool & children's pool at Parque da Floresta. There is a children's play area and children's clubs in school holidays, also a brand-new teenage centre with pool, pool tables , table tennis, tenpin bowling, arcade machines - open till midnight for 10-18 year olds. There is a lovely beach at Salema, a 5-minute car ride away, while the spectacular western beaches, ideal for surfing (there's a surfing school there) are 25 mins away.

Pool and garden maintenance also included. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided, as well as additional roll-in beds at reasonable extra cost.
