Book with Confidence:
We offer the most flexible and convenient payment terms of any vacation rental. A small deposit of $200 is payable at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations 60 to 31 days before arrival will be charged the $200 deposit, 30 to 1 day before arrival will be charged 50% of rental fee, and no shows will be charged 100%.
A $95 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 6 nights. $20 charge/day for pool and spa heat - pool heated from 8 a.m. to midnight. Pool and spa heat are highly recommended from October through April. If pool and spa heat not required for your stay then advise at time of booking. All dollar amounts are stated in US cu - Check In/Check Out:
Check in time – after 4 p.m. on arrival date. Check out time – by 10 a.m. on departure date. Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability. Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.
Worry-Free Damage Insurance:
A $50 fee will be added to each booking for property insurance for up to $1500 in damages. Have peace of mind and enjoy your stay without the need for a damage deposit.
