Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Winter Holiday 2011-12 - $500/night +tax Christmas,New Years, MLK, Pres.
Winter Non-Holiday 2011-12 .. $425/night +tax Nov. 24 - Mar. 15.
Spring Summer Fall .. $200/night +tax Apr. 2 - Oct. 29.
Early/Late Winter ... $325/night +tax Oct. 30 - Nov. 23 & Mar. 16 - Apr. 1.
2 night minimum.
$100 cleaning fee for 2 nt. stay only.
50% Rental fee due at time of booking - balance due 30 day prior to arrival.
