Spicewood House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee is $150.
Full payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations require 30 days notice in order to receive a refund of any amount paid in excess of the $200 nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the first day of the reservation will forfeit the full payment of the rent.
Reservations are confirmed with paid deposit. We generally accept bookings two months prior to availability weeks.
***A premium is charged for stays during Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day and Formula One.
