You can choose payment by Personal US Bank Check or Credit Card (+ 2.9% Fee).
Bank Charges carries the tenant. - Cancellation Policy:
If full payment has been received, the full security deposit will be returned along with taxes, cleaning fees.
If canceled more than 60 days before arrival, a 10 % fee will be charged.
If canceled 31-59 days before arrival, a 15 % charge will incur.
If cancellation 30 days or less before arrival, a 50% charge will be taken.
At 14 day before arrival, there will only be a refund of taxes, and security deposit- if paid.
