A security deposit in the amount of $400 is required. Security deposits will be returned in full after inspection of the home and within 14 days of departure if there is no damage to the property. Guests have alternative option of purchasing Security Deposit Protection Insurance for $45 (non-refundable).
Pets welcome at owners discretion with refundable $200 damage bond
All rental costs are subject to 13% tax (State tax and Tourist Tax).
