St Pete Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Saturday changeover during peak season but we can be flexible during quieter periods (usually Sep-Dec). 1 week minimum.
$500 security deposit required. We accept checks (free) or credit card payments via PayPal with prevailing service charge. We only accept payment in US dollars. $1000 per week deposit required to book balance payable 12 weeks prior. - $225 departure cleaning fee plus 12 percent Florida State Tax (5 percent tourist + 7 percent sales). Additional surcharge for parties exceeding 10 contact us for details.
