The master bedroom attached bath includes a basin, bidet, toilet and tub/shower, and like the master bedroom has a high ceiling. The other second level bath is located off the second level rear terrace, and has a basin, toilet and shower as well as garden and ocean views. The lower level bath is off the front room, and has a basin, toilet and shower. Hot water is provided by two hot water heaters. All baths are tiled in the local Aeolian style..

- Three large bedrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom has an antique reproduction queen size bed, an 8.5 m/28 ft. cathedral ceiling with skylight, and an attached bath with basin, bidet, toilet and tub. The largest 2nd level bedroom has a 8.5 m/28 ft. curved ceiling, an antique frame queen size bed, a twin bed, room for one or two of the available three rolling beds, entrance onto front terrace and garden view. The third 2nd level bedroom has 4.5 m/15 ft. antique painted ceiling, an antique reproduction king size bed, room for one rolling bed, and entrance onto the front terrace. The fourth, large bedroom is on the first level, opens onto the garden, has a high wooden beamed ceiling, a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and room for one or two rolling beds. All bedrooms have individual, built-in air conditioning units that are operated by a TV-like remote control.
