Cancellations notified within 15 to 29 days will be refunded wth 20% of the amount paid.
Cancellations notified less than 15 days in advance will lose the total amount paid for the booking
In no event shall the amount deducted be less than 50 €. The client is responsible for all bank charges for the transfer of the refund.

At a convenient date, the keys will be handed over for the apartment, rental contract confirmed and balance paid in cash plus 180 € as a deposit for potential damage. Entering sooner than 9 hours (if this is possible) or later than 21 hours will increase of 40 €, Unless otherwise agreed no entries will be from 00:00 am and 8:00 am .
