Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2011-2012 Reservations must be made at minimum 4 weeks prior to arrival, then a 200 euros deposit a week is required. The final balance will be paid on arrival on site or sent by check or money order to the owner who resides in Canada. In case of a late cancellation (over 4 weeks) an amount of 200 euros is retained by the owner.
Payment is accepted in Euros and other currencies. Credit cards are accepted via Paypal's secure server (3% surcharge)
The phone offers unlimited national and international calls. If used to mobile phones, on receipt of the invoice, the amount withheld will be taken from the deposit paid in advance. The billing cycle is every 2 months then your deposit will be issued upon receipt of the telephone bill. If the reservation is made between two and eight weeks in advance, then the full amount is payable on booking - The price includes all services, including Wi-Fi Broadband, taxes and heating from October 15 to April 30 except for exceptional weather changes.
We prefer that smokers refrain from smoking inside the house.For a longer stay as 2 weeks and more specials rates can be discussed with the owner.
