3) Daily (Apr-Oct), twice a week (Nov-Mar) maid service, change sheet, bath & beach towels every three days.
4) (Jul – Aug): 'SUNSET TERRACE party' every two Sundays on our 78 m2 terrace, serving traditional food & drinks, facing the setting sun. Please help yourself!
5)You' ll be offered a bottle of local wine with your meal at a Wine Bistro (May – Oct) facing the sunset.

b) You' ll be offered 15% off at the Lounge Cafe Pool Bar “Lyogerma”. You can swim for free (May – Oct). Open all day long,it has the best view to the Sunset! The house is 1 min walk from the pool.

- There is a patio (40 meters) and a terrace (78 meters in total for both houses). You will certainly enjoy your breakfast or dinner at the large patio or the large terrace, 80 m², which overlooks the sunset, the volcano and the little islands of Old and New Kammeni to the west, the church of Saint Dimitrios to the north and the islands of Ios and Anafi to the east.

- In 'Sunset Terrace 1' there are two bedrooms with double beds and a big living room with a traditional handmade sofa and a skrinio. In case of a fifth person, one can either sleep in one of the sofas or in the folding away bed. There is also a separate dining room with another traditional sofa and a mini bar with bottles of homemade drinks. Please, feel free to treat yourself with welcoming drinks. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In case you are more people than 4 or 5 and you also need a second bathroom there is 'Sunset Terrace 2', a beautiful cave house with a double bed, a single bed in a nearby little room, a kitchenette and a loo with shower.
