Monthly Rate (28 nights)....$4950( January 1 - February 28);
Elevator fee $175. ( Elevator can be locked); 75.00 Plantation Fee. Pet fee $300 per dog (2 dogs max) 150.00 is non-refundable. 150.00 will be refunded if pet policy was followed.
