- The first bedroom and master is located by itself upstairs. It has a large master bath attached to it, with water views out the window. The bedroom itself has large windows overlooking the water. It has incredible sunrises/ moonrise views. The king bed has a large pottery barn down comforter on it for the chillier Maine nights. The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs. Both have views of the water as well. The second bedroom has a beautiful four poster cherry bed in it with an L.L. Bean comforter. The third bedroom has three twin beds with a long cushioned window seat for reading with a view. This bedroom is perfect for children.
