Prices include all management fees, local taxes and utility bills except for pool heat (£75 per week extra if required).
Payment is accepted by credit card (via PayPal invoice), PayPal, electronic bank transfer or cheque/check.
A Security Deposit of $250 will be taken against a credit card by the Management Company when they register you on the first morning after your arrival.
The deposit to secure the rental at time of booking is 20% and is non-refundable. The balance of 80% is due 8 weeks before arrival.

- All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is cable TV in the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has been recently refurnished with Extra large double King bed and high quality bedroom furniture. A new granite-topped washstand has been installed in the ensuite; making the Master suite a little bit special. The Master bedroom with its large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe is on one side of the villa, the remaining bedrooms and the house bathroom are on the other side with the kitchen and lounge area in-between.
