BOOK NOW FOR 2009 Your prestigious four-bedroom home with heated pool (optional) is fully air-conditioned throughout. It has two master bedrooms, both with fitted en-suite bathrooms and two generous twin rooms with an additional family bathroom. All rooms are furnished to a luxurious standard - bedding and towels are of course provided and for the tiny ones** essential baby equipment is provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and an American-style fridge/freezer with ice machine. Off the Kitchen is a separate utility cupboard with a larger-style Washer and separate Dryer. A clothes dryer is also provided. Cable TV is available throughout the property and all local telephone calls are free for guests. A DVD player is also provided with a small selection of family films. Outside in the pool area we have luxury pool furnishings with a recently added Electric Barbecue.

Universal Studios within a 25 minute drive. SeaWorld within a 15minute drive. Prime Outlet Mall 10mins. Florida Mall 25mins. Wal-Mart Superstore within 300m of resort entrance. Target Superstore within 2 miles of resort entrance. There is also Numerous amounts of restaurants close by and old town Kissimmee is a 5min drive back along the 192.

OFFER FOR MARCH 13TH-19TH: Looking onto a conservation area with a prime south-facing private pool, the spacious four-bedroom home is less than 20 minutes drive from all major theme parks and leisure facilities on-site. The resort has 24-hour gated security and benefits from one of the most prestigious Clubhouses in the area with amenities commensurate with the quality of the property.

The home has a Keyless entry system, all you need to remember is the number for the keypad to enter. Patio Doors lead you from the living area onto the pool deck where a child safety screen is provided for added safety. The Pool area has patio furniture/pool towels where you are able to relax with the family after a magical day at the theme parks. Pool heating is recommended during the months of October to April.(Additional charge applies).
