- This home is set up and designed for the long term stay although we do accept weekly guests who book a two week minimum. This is a perfect executive rental or for those who are looking for a winter rental. This home is not recommended for children due to the configuration and lake which is not manned by a lifeguard, nor is there a barrier to prevent accidental fall in.
If you plan to stay 3 months or more, discounts may be available depending on demand for the time frame. Seniors get an automatic 10% rate break for long term rentals. Please note that if you are looking for executive rental of more that 6 months, contact the owner to discuss.
Rental Protection Insurance can be acquired in lieu of deposit! Online payments accepted! Contact owner for information. Note that credit card fees will be passed through to you.

- The Master Bathroom is part of the full luxury master suite. You will love the beautiful slate stone flooring. Newly updated counter height rich, cherry-wood cabinets. The toilet is in a separate 'water closet' as the English would say; and has new comfort height toilets. The Shower has a lake view; the fixture has multiple settings for massage and includes a removable wand. The separate large oval tub also faces the lake. When you are all clean, you can get dressed right there by going into the walk-in closet. The second bath also has a new Comfort Height toilet; beautiful slate flooring. The Shower/Tub/Toilet area can be closed off separate from the sinks.

- The master suite is very large, with lake views. Includes a 30' flat screen HDTV, stereo and has direct access door to the backyard patio. Guest room is quiet; includes a TV with VCR and DVD capability. Third bedroom is currently configured with gym equipment - the easy to use kind, not the intimidating stuff! Fourth bedroom has a rich leather daybed that has a lower bed that slides out, so can accommodate two guests if needed. In the 'formal living room' - the picture with the green couch and matching chair, you can accommodate two more guests in the pull out sleeper sofa.
