Lake Harmony Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- If you have look around, you will know vacation home rental can range from $500-$1,200 (weekend) to $1,200-$2,800 (weekly). And hotel around the area range from $115 to $250 daily rate. Even doing tail gating at the Pocono raceway for the weekend will cost $150.
- We do not charge any additional fees such as 'car registration fee', 'amenities fee for the activities', or 'damage protection insurance fee'. We do however ask you answer a few question as a pre-screening process more so than other property. We do require a security deposit which is 'refundable' at the end of your stay if no damage is done. We tried to make it affordable for family - we do not have a history of damage based on our strict pre-screen process but we do have to cover our cost in case we do. Rate based on 4 occupants (Mom, Dad, & 2 children)
