Makaha Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate Varies per Season
- 50% of rental fee and signed Rental Agreement required within 7 days of reservation confirmation. Balance of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival. In addition, Cleaning fee of $95, Parking'/Security Fee of $49, Credit card fee 3-5%
$10.00 per night for any person over the primary rate for 2 people.
Check In time 3:00pm and Check Out time 11:00am. Any change from these times must be arranged (if available) in advance. If door keys, security keys, or remote controls are not returned, $75 replacement fee charged for each.
Booking the unit indicates you are in agreement to the above rates and fees.
