- Call for a monthly price. This unit is available Sat.–Sat. Starting June 1st. Weekly price is $500.00 for 1 or 2 people in the studio. I will consider a 2 night stay if available. The rate is $125 per night, for 1 or 2 people in the studio.
A 14 day cancellation notice is required. If cancellation is made prior to the 14 day notice, the deposit will be returned. No deposits will be returned if less than a 14 day notice. There are no rain dates or make-up times. The nonrefundable deposit is applied at the time reservations are confirmed. No Credit Cards accepted.
Deposit on the property is 50% of the rental cost. Deposits are by money order only. Balance of payment due in cash, American Express Travelers Cheques, or Money Order for exact amounts.
