Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Daily Rate $110/night.Weekend Daily Rate $135/night.Holiday Daily Rate $150/night.
2 Night Minimum, 31 day maximum. Weekend nights are Fri & Sat.
Holidays are federal observed ones and require a 3 night minimum stay except Christmas is 4 night minimum range Dec 23rd to 27th. The weekend prior and after is the standard 2 night minumum.
Weekly Rate $750. Holiday and Thanksgiving Rate $800. Christmas week rate $850.
Monthly Rate $1250 for Feb and March. Weekly Rate for Feb and March $700.
Monthly Rate $1800 for October.
Monthly Rate $2500 for all other periods.
Deposit (refundable) $200. Pet fee: 1 animal $50. 2 animals $75. Cleaning fee $25.
Sales Tax 7.60% of total.
Check in time 3:00pm unless prior approval by owners. Please respect this. The cleaners need 4 hrs to do a great job.
Check out time 11:00 am.

There is a queen size blow up mattress in hallway closet. Child Graco Play Pin in Closet. Safety gate on top of stairs and portable one in closet. All Bedrooms have a TV with DVD player. Note: They are not connected to DirectTV or wireless network as in the Greatroom.
