- Management fee: 80 E, to pay at check-in to person in charge INCLUDING LINEN: 1 bed protecting mattress, 2 protecting pillows,1 bottom and top bed sheets, 2 pillow cases, 2 large and 2 small towels, 1 bath mat, 1 kitchen towel. On request 15 E deducted if sheets and towels not needed.
- Rental: Weekly rates from 480 to 650 E upon seasons. Please inquire for 5 days minimum stay and longer longer terms.
- Refundable security deposit: 250 E, based one week.

Full Rental at booking:
By Credit and Debit Cards through PAYPAL (please ad 4% of total amount), no need to have a Paypal account, OR by bank wire transfer in US $ equivalent amount OR Euros.
Security deposit & Refund: Paid at check-in by US bank checks of equivalent, or French bank check, or traveler checks (no cash) and returned at check-out. Or at booking with rental by wire or PAYPAL, wire back in a week minus bank fee. - Booking process:
The letter of agreement, previously emailed to you to sign, will confirm and secure the terms of your booking. I will hold your stay during the few days booking process, and will send guidelines to the apart and information, upon completion of your booking and payment.
Check-out: 12 AM (noon): Your belongings must be removed, trash emptied, kitchen & toilet cleaned, or 50 E charged. Check-in 3 PM or at best accordingly to travel exigence.
Cancellation: Please consider a personal travel insurance as I will block the period for you and therefore refuse requests, I can't be financially responsible. 80% refund when made 2 months prior date of booking. Thanks for your understanding.
Damages: I base my relationship with my guests on trust, and expect any damages declared to the person in charge or myself and paid before departure or deducted from security deposit, details on letter reservation.
