We ask the guest to take the charges to make the transfer to us and we will take the international wire transfer costs back to the guest. Paypal payments to us show up normally same day.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are not allowed. However every effort will be made to re-let the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refun - OLYMPIC PERIOD. We are taking a minimum of a three week booking irregardless of lesser time. At this point, start dates and end dates are flexible. You can choose to take a lesser time period than three weeks but the rate of GBP7,800 is a bottom line. A refundable deposit of 20% on top of the rental will apply to Olympic Lettings Only.
