10% San Clemente Transient Occupancy Tax will be charged for stays less than 30 days. - Rental fee is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
A 10% cancellation fee will be charged if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
