Fraser Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We use the HomeAway Damage Insurance on each rental. The cost is $39 per stay for 4 or fewer guests, the cost is $49 for 5-8 guests.
- Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% (minus $10 credit card fee) if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the Check-in Date
75% if cancelled 7 days or more prior to the Check-in Date
No Refunds if cancelled within 7 days
