Atlanta Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates may change for special events such as Americas Mart shows or DragonCon
- There is a $300 security deposit required for all reservations. This amount is refundable at the end of the stay minus any damages or management fines.
There will be a charge of $50 for each lost key fob and a charge of $100 if both keys or the parking pass is lost.
All reservations must be secured with a 50% deposit and all remaining monies are due 2 weeks prior to check-in. Reservations canceled less than 2 weeks prior to check in will not be refunded the deposit.
