Lopez Island House Rates

  • $190 - $260/night base rates.
  • Peak Season rates May 15-Sept 15: Nov 20 -31, Dec 21-Jan2 $225/night Mon-Thurs; $260/night Fri/Sat and Holidays (U.S. funds)

    A three night minimum stay is required during Peak Season Times. Book for a week or more and receive a 5% discount.

    Off Season Rates. March 1-May14, Sept. 16-Sept. 30, $200/night. (U.S. Funds) 2 night minimum

    Deep Off Season (all other dates) $190/night.(U.S. Funds) 2 night minimum.


    Rates listed are for one - four guests; an additional $18/person/night applies up to nine guests total. All rates are for payment via check or e-check. Credit card payments will be assessed a 2.5% fee.
  • We charge a non-refundable $95 waste removal fee (we pay for all garbage disposed at the dump and greatly encourage recycling.) There is also a 9.7% San Juan Co. tax on lodging.

    A separate $125 refundable security deposit check is required and will be returned if the house is left in good order or it can be applied to the balance if not needed to cover additional cleaning costs. Your stay covers the cost of cleaning between guests, which averages four hours. Should required cleaning go beyond the usual, the security deposit will be used as needed to cover those extra expenses.
