Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $100-$170/nt US Dollars
• 1 person .......... $100/night; $575.00 /week; 7 nights = weekly rate;
  2 persons ... $ 115/night ; $650.00/week;
  3 persons $ 125/night; $725.00/week;
  4 persons $ 140/night; $825.00/week ;
  5-6 persons $ 170/night; $1000.00/week;
  
  Security deposit of $300.00 is required.
  
  Cleaning fee is $40.00 for a stay less than a week, cleaning fee for a week stay is $70.00.
  
  1st pet $25.00 additional pets $10.00 per animal 4 small max, 2 large max
• Dates Available:May-Nov weather permitting.
  
  Security deposits will be returned 1 week after stay. To receive full security deposit back treat the cabin kindly.
  No damage to floors, walls, furniture, appliances, television, dishnet box, cables, windows and anything else on the property. Dishes washed dried and put away. Bath towels are not to be used for anything other than bathing needs. If you spill something wipe it up. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time in the cabin or outside of the cabin.
  
  Please know and follow all rules of the Gold Medal fishing waters, no live bait, 2 fish per day over 16' but we prefer catch and release. Thank you.
  
  Due to drought conditions in the area fire hazards are a real concern. At times we are under a burn ban from Federal, state or county governments. I will let you know conditions at the time of your stay, but be aware they might change during your stay.
