* We do NOT rent the TreeHouse for ONLY ONE Night, any time of the year.
* Rentals LESS than 1 WEEK (all dates) are at owner's discretion.
* Changeover dates also at owners discretion.
* All rentals are for Maximum of 2 adults, over 25 yrs. old, no children, no pets. Very sorry, no exceptions.
* The house is on well water and a septic system, so we cannot accomodate any size parties, reunions, etc.
* Weekends with Monday Holiday - Minimum (3) nights - Fri-Mon. or Sat-Tues: $550.
* Cleaning fee applies to all rentals, including weekends.
* Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-In is 3pm Check-Out is 11am - ALL Days.
* Only when possible Late Check-Out (up to 6pm) may be available for $65. additional charge (in advance).
* Late Check-Out After 6pm, the Full Extra Day Rate Applies: weekdays $150.; before/after weekend: $125.
* NO MONTHLY rentals or LONG TERM rentals at this time.
* Please Read Info RE: Cancellation Policy below Thank You - Cancellation Policy INFO:
To Reserve specific dates, pay the Refundable $200. Damage Deposit.
The Balance (Rental Rate & Cleaning Fee) is Due 60 days prior to arrival date.
If your reservation is Cancelled within 60 days of arrival - Refund is 100% of the $200. deposit.
If Cancelled Less than 60 days - Refund of $200. Deposit and $75. cleaning fee only.**Note
Just as with other types of vacations (cruises, resorts, etc.) you can get independent Trip Cancellation Insurance which covers you in the event you have to cancel for unexpected circumstances.
**Note: If you decide not to get trip cancellation insurance, and we are able to rent the same dates you have reserved, we will Refund the Balance of payment you have made. We used to have a more lenient policy, but some guests cancelled on short notice, leaving us with no rentals for high demand summer dates. People plan their vacations ahead of time, so even in the summer it is difficult to get weekly rental spots filled. Thanks,
