- 1.Low Season Rate = $150 per nt.(1/5-Spring Break, Easter to Mem. Day,;
post-Labor Day to Dec 18, excluding Thanksgiving);;
2.High Season Rate = $175 per night, Memorial Day to Labor Day & Spring Break;
and Holidays: Thnksvg, Easter, Mem Day, July 4th, Labor Day);;
3.Holiday Rate = $225 per night (Dec 23 - Jan 1);
Rates are for 2 people; additional adults cost $25 per night per.;
$75 cleaning fee, and $200 refundable Damage Deposit is also due in advance.;
