Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Peak Season
*April 1-January 2: 1-6 people: $119/night weekday $145 /weekend
*$10 per each extra person week night
*$15 per each extra person weekend night
Off Season Rental:
*January 3-March 30: 1-6 people: $99 night weekday $135 weekends
*$10 extra per person week nights - We accept Personal check , PayPal , credit cards
Additional charges: Reset up fee $35-$75 variating factors in amount of days stay to party size $50- $250 security deposit. The security deposit is fully
refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property Minimum
2-night stay except holidays minimum 3-night
All pets must be approved and require an additional $50 refundable pet deposit, $10.00 a night charge per pet.
