THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCE CLUB WILL IMPOSE A FEE IF YOU ARE CAUGHT SMOKING ON OR IN THE PREMISSES OF $250.00 FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION OF THE UNIT. THIS WOULD BE IN ADDITION TO THE CLEANING CHARGE WHICH YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL BE CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. - The rates will change with the seasons. We will discount one days rent if you stay the week from Friday to Friday. This is to help pay for the cleaning service which normally would cost $125.00 per cleaning. So you stay seven days and pay for six.

You are responsible for any and all fees incurred by you; such as cleaning, parking and/or any other fees that you might incur during your stay. These fees should be added to your credit card when you check out at the front desk.
We do accept credit cards or e checks. The front desk will also ask you for your credit card to be submitted for any extra charges that might come up such as cleaning and ect.
