Long term rentals are welcomed during low season and can be negotiated for special rates. (Please call or email for best rates). Reservations will be temporarily held for 3 days pending receipt of a 50% deposit to confirm and hold the reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. - Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance of arrival date, the initial payment of 50% will be refunded less 10% of the total contract price IF the unit can be re-rented at the same price.
If the unit can be re-rented at a lower rate, the difference will be withheld.
No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 45 days in advance.
Early departure for any reason does not warrant any refund.
