Big Bass Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekend $1,350 / Weekly $2,500
- 2 Nights minimum $300/ Extra night (Winter/Fall/Spring) Not in the summer.
1 Week minimum stay in the summer Stay 2 weeks, get 15% off the second week
Holiday rates are higher please inquire. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Must be 27 or older - ID will be checked.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit.
$125 Cleaning fee.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the house.
Only authorized guests would be allowed through the gate. No visitors.
