- Condo Rental Rates
- The condo is available to our guests for $1,550 a month. All of our guests will receive an allowance of $150 for utilities and are required to submit a $110 non-refundable cleaning fee.
A $500 booking fee is charged upon making reservations to hold your reservation and is fully refundable within 120 days prior to arrival. Once the guest have arrived this booking fee will serve as a security deposit and will be refunded within 30 days after the condo is vacated, less any utility allowance overages and baring there are no damages.
