Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Holiday .. $125+/night, contact owner for applied holidays, minimum stay requirement and major holiday rates.
Required 10% lodging tax. Minimum 2 nights.
No lodging tax required for more than 30 day rental.
All minimum stays are negotiable depending on calender availability, time of year and midweek vs. weekend.
