• Rental rates vary throughout the year and are open for weekly rentals (min. of 7-day stay) of Saturday to Saturday. Multiple weeks are welcome!
  
  The average Fall rental from September to the end of December ranges from the lowest of $3610.00 p/w and the highest being $4600 p/w.
  
  The average Winter rental from January to the end of March ranges from the lowest of $3610 p/w and the highest being $5270 p/w.
  
  The average Spring rental from April to the end of June ranges from the lowest of $3610 p/w and the highest being $3860 p/w.
  
  The average Summer rental from July to end of August ranges from the lowest of $3610.00 p/w and the highest being $4070.00 per week.

  Payment Terms: Final payment must be made by personal check, cashier’s check, electronic check,
  or money order. Checks must be payable in US funds and drawn from a US financial institution;
  otherwise any bank fees to convert to US funds will be the guest’s responsibility. Final payments are
  due 30 days prior to arrival for reservations less than 21 nights and due 60 days prior to arrival for
  reservations 21 nights or longer and/or gross rent of $8000.00 or higher. Any final payment that is not
  received by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation. Wire transfers are subject to
  administrative fees not to exceed $50.
