Port Aransas Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Add 13% occupancy tax
- 2011 peak season ends September 8th. During the year holiday rates and event rates such as Sand Fest will apply. Please call for those rates.
To reserve a property, a $500 deposit will be required at time of booking. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa. Thank You.
Silver Sands Vacation Rentals and the homeowners are not reponsible for third party vendors not fulfilling required repairs in a timely fashion. We will do everything in our power to get a problem fixed but cannot guarantee the use of third party amennities throughout your vacation.
We provide all properties with a starter pak or toilet paper, paper towels, etc. You must bring additional if you are staying more than one night.
