Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Peak season is December 15 thru March 14.
Mid season is March 15 thru April 31. September 15 thru December 14.
Off season is May, June, July, August.
Please ask for rates. It depends upon length of stay and number of tenants.
Many times the units rent by the month durning Mid and off season.
